Region capture: Releasing mouse automatically

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enter region capture mode (e.g. using hotkeys to enable Rectangle Capture)
2. Draw a region
3. Release the mouse button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Drawn region remains selected with options to resize or move the 
selected region, as indicated in the wiki page at 
https://code.google.com/p/sharex/wiki/CapturingShapes . 
Instead: upon releasing the mouse button, the selected region is immediately 
captured, with no chance to adjust the selected region.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
8.2.0 r655 on Windows 7 x64.

Please provide any additional information below.
Attached the debug log. Not sure if this is the result of some setting I'm not 
aware of (I poked around in Task Settings).
