Dropbox auth page won't open #528

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click "open auth page" on the dropbox tab

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The dropbox application auth page should open, however nothing happens

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
8.2.0 r655 on Windows 7 Home Premium x64

Debug log not show any error? When you upload something and right click open 
it, is it opening in browser? So we can know is opening browser is problem.
