Windows 8 conflict with CRTL + PrtSc #538

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start Windows 8
2. Start sharex
3. Receive error message indicating hotkey registration failed (CRTL + PrtSc)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I do not expect to see an error message.  I expect hotkeys to register correctly

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
8.3.0 r747  This issue has been present since I started using Windows 8 on 
Lenovo computers

Please provide any additional information below.
I do not know if the conflict is with a Windows 8 hotkey or a Lenovo hotkey.  I 
am not finding any documentation relating to a Windows hotkey (other than a 
reference to MS-Dos print screen).  

Have you come across this issue?  I am hoping to make the tool available to a 
number of Windows 8 users, and it would be challenging to ask all of them to 
remap the sharex CTRL+PrtSc hotkey.

We are using Windows 8.1 and this not happens. Also Windows using Printscreen 
for take screenshot and still this won't happen because Windows not using this 
hotkey system. So it is something in your pc that set hotkey before ShareX open 
and there is nothing i can do about it. If ShareX opened before that app 
register hotkey then that app can't set hotkey too because ShareX already set 
it.
