Configuration is reset after update

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Configure the setting just the way you like them.
2. Wait for sharex to prompt that there is an update and update.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Program should retain the settings one had before the update.  Instead they 
seem to revert to defaults.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

8.3.0.r747
 Microsoft Windows 7 Professional
 6.1.7601 Service Pack 1 Build 7601

If your settings reset when updating from 8.2 to 8.3 then i don't know the 
reason. But if you updated from older version, there was big changes in hotkey 
system it was the reason for reset. And without reset settings i can't add new 
system because settings was storing in different class structure.
