Index folder autoupload #540

What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?
When I select "Index folder..." with 3 dots, I suppose it will not 
automatically send to internet anything. There should be explaination, what is 
it, for the first time maybe.

"..." means dialog will open. And file select dialog opens.
Where am i supposed to write that explanation?

For example, in dialog showing the plaintext result of indexing with buttons 
"upload" and "cancel" (and checkbox "don't ask").
