Not able to press enter when finished with selection

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. press F6 to use "window & rectangle mode"
2. takes screen and uploads it

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
older versions use to wait until you pressed ENTER as you could adjust the 
corners to resize should you so wish? this is happening anymore?  can i enable 
it?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
8.3.0 - Win7x64Pro
