wont wait for enter button #542

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. change quick crop to false
2. take pic
3. instantly uploads and doesnt wait

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expect me to be able to change the ratio of the snapshot

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
latest 830 - win7pro64

Please provide any additional information below.
the answer to turn this on was given in another report but that was then closed 
after I replied thanks. I only tried it today and still the app instantly goes 
to "amend" picture

...ive realised it works when i use Rectangle - or Rectangle & Window from the 
app... but not from the HOT KEY (F6) that ive always used

3 times i tried to send this message but everytime google code telling me 
something changed in thread and i can't send my post...

That means you not set default settings to be used in your hotkey.

yes you are right..i must have changed it trying to get the option to be able 
to press enter when happy which came as default on all previous versions, that 
ahs fixed it...

I wonder if other people will be having this problem if its been turned off as 
default?

When i make that setting false by default then peoples keep opening threads 
asking how to skip that selection for quick capture. And now when i make it 
false by default again peoples keep opening threads so i can't make everybody 
happy.
