Upgrade clash #551

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. upgrade from the open program
2. Upgrade gives an error as the program is open
3. Upgrade cannot terminate and user is not allowed to terminate either.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
6.5.0.248

I can't guess what error upgrade is giving.
Also i don't understand how you can't terminate process.
Try to download latest version manually.
