watermark #558

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.setting the watermark things
2.upload a photo
3.watermark did show up 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
upload can still use the watermark fuction

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
8.5 ,windows 7

If you mean uploading image file then you should use this setting: 
https://dl.dropbox.com/u/14076298/ShareX/2014/02/Eno6V7v7is.png so it will load 
image then draw watermark on it instead directly uploading file.

i did turn this setting to "True",but still no work , anything i need to set ?

i try to unclick the "only apply effect to regin capture " , but it still not 
working

(the water mark showed because i use capture fuction , but if i drag to 
upload,the fuction not work)

finally in know why ,it's preview window didn't show the watermark.....
(but if i use capture, the watermark did show in the preview image)

take a look to the preview window (the image that i drag to upload)

Because image file won't be modified. And preview showing image file. I don't 
show uploaded image because i don't want to store that image in memory.
