Cursor is not captured when "Show cursor in screenshots" is enabled

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Enable Task Settings -> Capture -> General -> "Show cursor in screenshots"
2.Choose Capture -> AutoCapture
3.Select region and capture it with cursor in selection area

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: screenshot of selected area with visible cursor
Resul: screenshot with selected area without visible cursor

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
8.1, operating system - Win 7 x64 SP1

Please provide any additional information below.
An error reproduces often, but not always.
