Cannot start capture box from bottom portion of screen

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Any free-hand capture methods will not let me start the capture from the 
bottom portion of my screen.
2. If I start the capture from the greyed out area and drag it to the ungreyed 
area, the ungreyed area will still be captured.
3. After reinstallation of application + reboot, bug still occurs.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to to be able to start and end the capture from any portion of my 
screen. Instead, it will not let me start the capture from the bottom, ungreyed 
portion.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows 7
ShareX 8.6.1

I'm not sure why crop window not big enough to fill your whole screen. I don't 
have multi monitor but when i asked many peoples who using multi monitor, they 
telling it is working fine so i can't figure out what is different in your pc 
and therefore it is failing.
