Create a setting to use a personal Imgur API key instead of always using the 
stock API key issued to sharex.

The default API key seems to hit a maximum upload limit and throws an error 
about being invalid once the limit has been reached.

I'm not planning to add api key setting. This problem should be reported to 
Imgur instead use separate api keys per user.
