not auto time in watermark #575

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.upgrade to last version 
2.in my output picture deleted autowatermark witch actual time
3.All setting is after upgrade O.K.

I moved watermark settings to Image Effects section because it have more 
advanced watermark settings now.

Hello, yes but a dont find text with change actual time..
For example: watermark with actual time and date..
