Videos/games freeze while taking a region capture, images turn into jpgs after 1mb #578

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Just normally taking a region capture

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I don't know if it's a feature but i'd prefer stuff not freezing while i'm 
taking a region capture.
Also all my uploaded images turn into jpgs when they go over 1mb even though 
both of my image formats are png and 5000kb.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
9.8.0
W7 64bit

Not freezing will decrease fps so I not added it.
You can disable auto image format changing when image is bigger.
