Share to G+ .. Facebook and Twitter

What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?
The ability to press print screen and have it auto shared to my G+ account. 
Facebook and Twitter would also be awesome.

What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?
Instant sharing to social networks.

Twitter added. I don't like Facebook. According to mcored, Google+ api don't 
support posting status.

Yeap. The best you can do is to host it somewhere and then share a link to your 
Google+ profile. Very few third party services have access to G+ posting right 
now.

I added Twitter image uploader support so you can directly upload image to 
Twitter.
Also added Twitter to tools menu and have hotkey of it so you can also sharing 
just text message too.

And for Google+ because they don't allow sharing with their API, you can use 
like this workaround:
Create new hotkey for uploading & sharing image in Google+ and set task 
settings like this:

So when you click balloon tip, it will open Google+ url sharing page in your 
default browser with uploaded image url already in it, so you can quickly share 
it.

I'm not planning to add Facebook support because i'm not using it, C# 
developers who using Facebook feel free to pull request it in GitHub :)
