document the breaking changes with the upcoming garm operator #171

What is the feature you would like to have?

the upcoming garm operator version requires some manual changes (github credetials name --> github credentials CR). We have to document the implementation behavior and the needed steps in the release notes.

Anything else you would like to add?

We should also update the entire documentation to make use of v1beta
