Override default target for src-folder within build-scripts #23

It should be possible to override the default target of the src-folder within the build-scripts. This would come in handy, when you manage several FTK-apps within one package (hostapp & swidgets).

Suggested solution: override through env-variable env.src

Will be considered after decision, if we should switch to Webpack Module Federation
