favicons-webpack-plugin need to be updated #43

The favicons-webpack-plugin throws several high security alerts and should be updated within the boilerplate. Unfortunately, it seems to have several breaking changes and requires some adjustments to the build-script.

When updating, we should document the required changes to provide a migration guide for existing projects.
