Show call hierarchy steps without need for horizontal scrolling #118

Situation

When we have many steps inside call hierarchy, the tree view forces the user to scroll, here an example: image

It is extreme cumbersome to select the last step.

Wanted

There shall be no need to scroll horizontal

Solution

We change the tree model structure
