Quickstart Guide #153

Create a quickstart guide, which explains how to start and work with the integration server.

The idea of the quickstart guide is to make sure a user without prior knowledge of SecHub can go through this guide in 5 to 15 minutes. At the end, the user should have a feeling for SecHub.

After going throught he quickstart guide, the still interested user can go through the SecHub tutorial (see #154 ).
