Change jenkins pipeline script for releses so client and server artifacts are archived.

Necessary for upload at https://github.com/Daimler/sechub/releases

Is this really necessary? For versions we already got the uploads inside the maven repository!

Having this completely inside the maven repository at ~/.m2/repository/com/daimler/sechub/ this issue becomes obsolete
