There shall be a toolbar inside developer admin ui containing most used actions:
create project
accept user
enable scheduler
disable scheduler
Also a check status action shall be implemented in combination with a simple traffic light component showing status. Action shall check server alive, refresh scheduler status, and inspect scheduler enabled or not. When one check fails traffic light shall be red - otherwise green. Yellow will not be used at the moment.
By system property sechub.developertools.admin.statuscheck.onstartup set to true status check shall be automatically done at startup time.
