HTTP errors are currently shown inside output, but - e.g. on mass operations - its not clear what happend.

So last URL and also last data shall be shown inside error output as well.

We will also provide "courier 10" as default font output setup

Can be changed by developers when setting system property sechub.developertools.output.font.settings to another value

Output area shall have "Clean" action in output area
