Situation

Some sub chapters are misplaced under the wrong group inside the SecHub Rest Api doc.

Wanted

https://mercedes-benz.github.io/sechub/latest/sechub-restapi.html#section-usecase-UC_021 should be under "Project Administration"
https://mercedes-benz.github.io/sechub/latest/sechub-restapi.html#section-usecase-UC_026 should be under "Execution"
https://mercedes-benz.github.io/sechub/latest/sechub-restapi.html#section-usecase-UC_060 should be under "Project Administration"
