Handle rebranding issues

Situation

The separation of Daimler AG into Daimler Trucks AG and Mercedes-Benz Group AG has some impacts to SecHub. SecHub is maintained by employees now belonging to Mercedes-Benz Group AG. _(for details about the separtion look at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Daimler_AG)_

The rebrand has also changed the possibility of using the daimler brand:

This had already an impact to github.com : The complete github organization has been moved from https://github.com/daimler/ to https://github.com/mercedes-benz (2022-01-25). So SecHub has been from https://github.com/daimler/sechub/ to https://github.com/mercedes-benz/sechub/ as well.

Wanted

• Ensure no longer using the brand daimler any more in new stuff.
• Because of the situation that we do not want to differ always between "new" and "old" etc. We want to make a "big bang" change and handle all parts in one strike

• [x] rename java packages from "com.daimler" to "com.mercedesbenz"
• [x] rename go parts "com.daimler" to "com.mercedesbenz", done with https://github.com/mercedes-benz/sechub/issues/958
• [x] update documention, change from "Daimler" to "Mercedes-Benz" except "Daimler TSS" (the subsidiary name will still remain some time)
• [x] Link GitHub page https://mercedes-benz.github.io/sechub/ on main github page
• [x] Apply source formatter in ONE additional commit -will be done with #771
• [ ] Inform contributors about the name change and the need to change the GIT upstream origin
• [x] Update java parts containing brand name
• [x] Update test data and test files containing brand details (except Daimler TSS parts)
• [x] Update maintainer email addresses - will be done with #1116
