Add -i, --ieee-address addr option to set the secondary 64 bit IEEE address #8

Please add -i, --ieee-address addr option to the TI CC2652 Flasher add-on to set the secondary 64 bit IEEE address. It will be helpful by migrating from one adapter to another, see e.g. https://www.zigbee2mqtt.io/guide/faq/#how-do-i-migrate-from-one-adapter-to-another (Copying the ieee address of an adapter https://www.zigbee2mqtt.io/guide/adapters/flashing/copy_ieeaddr.html)

It would be very nice if the corresponding option could also be added for the Silicon Labs Flasher add-on: write-ieee --ieee addr https://github.com/NabuCasa/universal-silabs-flasher#writing-ieee-address

Any chance or getting this feature? I'd like to exchange my current zigbee coordinator to a P7 one.
