Remove space between header and news article slider on homepage #84

Any way to remove the spacing between the header bar and the news article slider on the homepage? We would need to be careful not to effect the spacing for the rest of the internal pages. If it can't be done without affecting the rest of the site, let's scrap the idea.

I've ended up using a different element for the homepage, so this isn't an issue any more.
