Google Sheet not getting data #54

Issue Brief

I believe you updated something on your end, but i'm still not getting the data into the google sheet. It did work but hasn't gone past line 58. My zap

when tested works, but there are no more data lines added to the sheet.

I have duplicated and created new zaps. made sure the zap link was correct.

So what do we have to do to get this running again?

Has anyone tried to make a new webhook integration? I duplicated mine but and copied and pasted the code but it was the same anyway and it didn't have an effect.

I'd previously had successful (as in, no errors showing) webhooks built. But whether by webhook or Google Sheet integration none of my sheets are updating still. Sheets were briefly showing data about May 6 or so. But no there isn't any data showing in any tab in any sheet I run.

@jonathonbyrdziak Is the issue that once the data is sent to the Google Sheet it's no longer supported, whether by webhook or export?

All integrations pass on both sides -- the webhook is working, and Matomo reports that the integration is working and will start syncing in 5 minutes.

If Google Sheets aren't supported after passing the integration, can you point me in the direction of how to figure out why the webhook method gets no data to the Google Sheet? "Running Status" column in Matomo Integrations is always empty also -- should that column have a value?

I don't even know what else to ask about the export feature. I understood that was supposed to be working as well. The new data is cool, and I'm looking forward to using it. As of right now it's view only and I can't use it.

@jonathonbyrdziak ? I appreciate that this stuff takes time. I already advised that I'm not a coder. So please don't take my questions as disrespect.

Maybe I sold spots to clients prematurely, but at the demo this looked like it was working. Is there any way to know when we can get data into spreadsheets in some way? Thanks.

@jonathonbyrdziak do you have an eta on when the google sheet will be functional? Or if not, is there a way I can access the data via a webhook? I have the available Webhook running but the data available is extremely limited compared to the sheet shown to me in the demo.

Just an update: I did 2 things. I edited a sheet i had, changing the parameters on the 1st tab, leaving the additional tabs alone. It started collecting the new data, but then stopped reporting on the additional tabs. I believe it's actually stopped altogether.

The second thing, I deleted my old sheet and created a new one with different parameters on the 1st tab, leaving the additional tabs alone. It started collecting everything on the 1st tab - then stopped and never collected any data on the additional tabs.

And just as a side question - I get lots of duplicate entries - is there a way to minimize that? Out of the 869 visitors to my site - i have 297 lines of info - many of which are blank or duplicated.

Update - so i got the sheet working. There was a problem with the tracking code on my site - but now there isn't any data going into the additional tabs in the sheet. How can i fix that??
