For all localized versions: is there any reason to keep SIA-template folder and Guidance-processing-sensitive-data.md? These were both created when I was trying to translate the guidance docs into Markdown for ease-of-use... however, all the docs have been translated into the relevant languages and, besides, now live in the DL where they will be updated from. I suspect we simply won't ever have bandwidth to migrate docs to Markdown and users will just need to copy/paste from linked PDF and Word files.
