The miot spec for the device with model dreame.vacuum.r2338a does not exist, are you sure that you entered the correct model?

Can confirm, the L10s Pro Ultra Heat is not supported yet. I also have this in my Homebridge log :

Interesting... the issue is that the device does not seem to have a miot spec which is more or less required to make it work. What you could try is to manually specify a model in the config from a supported model and see if it will work with the other device's miot spec...

It is impossible for me to tell at this point why there is no miot spec available for that device, as i do not have the device and i see that behavior actually for the first time...

We cannot do it, the official miot spec from xiaomi does not seems to list this device and I am not quite sure why is that the case.
