Hi, it might be that your tv is too old for those features. But since you did not provide your tv model that is just a guess. You can also enable homebridge debug log and try to use the buttons, it should give you some log output which you can post here for analysis.
Hi Merdok, my TV is rather old and the model is LG 79UF770T. When i check the log, nothing appears when I press the button. On the TV itself, it works similar like a click somewhat.

Yeah you have a webos 2.0 tv which I am pretty certain does not support that. Sorry there is nothing I can do about it...

Hi there, I'm able to use the plugin and everything seems to work just fine except Backlight Control Service and Picture mode buttons. Anyone faced similar issue and how do I go about to troubleshoot this? Would appreciate assistance, thanks!
