Volume Threshold Occupancy Trigger not working #514

Hi - I'm using v2.4.3 of the plugin (which is fantastic by the way).

I'm currently trying to get the volume threshold occupancy trigger working, but not having much luck. I can see in the debug log that homebridge is correctly registering volume up down changes, however it seems that the occupancy trigger is never triggered (I've also tested that the action in HomeKit that should be run when the occupancy sensor triggers works). It just seems that the occupancy sensor is never getting triggered.

Any suggestions as to what I can check next?
