Addresses issues relating to software installation (#435) and data download (#426).

@lwjohnst86 I wasn't sure how to link to the zip file with the data files in it? At the moment I've written the following into in py-rse/install.Rmd because that's how I do it in Carpentries lessons that I've written in the past:
[data-files]: {{ "../data/zipf.zip" | relative_url }}

Is that the appropriate way to do it here?
