Fix long code chunks #531

I went through and shortened a lot of lines. The line width of the pdf is about 65 characters so I had to do a fair amount of shortening... and I didn't do all of them because some I didn't know how to shorten any more. I think the publishers will have to deal with them... Or anyone else wanna go through the pdf and find long lines in the code chunks?

Anyway, I'll need someone to go through and make sure those changes are fine.

@DamienIrving yea, its definitely a nightmare.. and there's still some left over. Maybe the publisher latex people will have a better idea for dealing with those instances... For another time :stuck_out_tongue:
