Fixing headings and other formatting issues. #534

  1. Changing some chapter titles to be verb-subject.
  2. Regularizing casing.
    • Chapter and section headings are "Title Case".
    • Subsection headings (esp. exercises) are "Sentence case".
  3. Moved the learner personas back to the intro - seems a more natural fit.
  4. Git rather than git when talking about the tool.
  5. Bringing CITATION.md up to date.
  6. Minor typography fixes.
