Move "Securing your GitHub" to appendix or git-solo chapter #106

Currently, GitHub security is covered in the git workflows chapter. Following discussion in #101 , we should move this to either the chapter where we introduce GitHub, or to an appendix.

Discussed at 3 June 2021 meeting, an appendix on git (including security things and links to other awesome resources) would be great.
