Removed links in links.md, #126

I'm not really sure how to handle adding links. My preference is to add links at the point of or shortly after the label/reference, but can be tricky if we have duplicates... but also, managing the links.md file is a bit of a pain.

Leaving this open for now to have a discussion about this.

Add instructions to contributing about putting links shortly after reference label, and not in link.md file.

If we use Quarto and use the canonical markdown format (I recommend), than hyperlinks are added the usual way of [name](url) and no other way. So solves this problem. Merging in.
