Use bs4_book theme for html website #33

What does everyone think of this style of website theme: https://r-pkgs.org/intro.html. Compared to the original: https://merely-useful.github.io/py-rse/

Thoughts?

I like it! I think it stands out in a positive way: it is similar enough to the default to avoid confusion while being different enough to look new and exciting =)

Agreed. I've also generally found the new R packages book format easier to navigate than the old one, so it isn't just an aesthetic improvement.
