Here's the course design that we need to finalize first before moving on.

@cwickham @k8hertweck I've finished a good first draft of this. I've started ideas on a potential final project and would love for you both to review and add to them, but the main thing I'd like a discussion on is everything else (course design, learning outcomes, assessment activities, course syllabus/outline).

Switching to merge to main rather than master.
