5 years ago If that's still active, I do have a shotgun metagenome, together with corresponding HiC data that I'd be happy to share with you. It's a wastewater sludge metagenome and its spiked with a known plasmid in two different hosts in known ratio
This is a small project to make the anvi'o interactive interface able to give the user the opportunity to work with Hi-C data (more information on this technology is here).
Meren will describe the details of this project in great detail, and will provide a sample dataset when there is a volunteer.
