[FEATURE REQUEST] anvi-script-gen-functional-hits-matrix-across-genomes #1904

The need

Create a matrix table for functional hits, such as from Pfam, across genomes

The solution

A program similar to anvi-script-gen-hmm-hits-matrix-across-genomes, for for other data stored in the CONTIGS.db

People working with comparative genomics based on functional profiles especially

Hey @tdelmont, this is now addressed in #1906.

The most important thing is that there is now a new anvi'o program, anvi-script-gen-function-matrix-across-genomes, in the development branch, which can report a new anvi'o artifact, functions-across-genomes-txt.

Please follow the docs, and test the program. I hope this solves it!
