This PR includes a few bug fixes and a lot of additions related to pangenomic reaction networks. A small but critical fix is setting the default values of reaction network metavariables in the self table of the contigs database, which prevents anvi-reaction-network from crashing when running on a v21 contigs database created from scratch (this is not a problem for migrated databases).
