[BUG] Nucleotide and amino acid not aligned in the inspect page #2206

Closed FlorianTrigodet closed 6 months ago

FlorianTrigodet commented 8 months ago

Short description of the problem

When you use the inspect page and zoom a lot, we usually see the nucleotide and amino-acid (if zooming on top of a gene). But they don't align well on the updated interface.

anvi'o version

anvio-dev, with the upgraded interactive interface!

Detailed description of the issue

Here is a screenshot showing the misalignment

image

There should be one nucleotide for each vertical selection visible when moving the mouse around (in screenshot it is the grey vertical bar). And each amino acid should be in their respective light/dark blue rectangle. The stop codon should not even appear in this interface.

It is probably a font issue with recent changes. Passing it to @metehaansever. Thank you for catching it, Florian!

image I think it looks as it should right now. I'm not merging it yet in case you want to test it and report another bug. And Meren was right about the font issue. Thank you Meren :+1:
