[TECHNICAL ISSUE] No SNVs when using anvi-inspect

When using anvi-inspect, we cannot visualize SNVs.

If you open an inspect page with anvi-inspect, you will see this message:

Which is partially wrong because we can see indels:

If we can have INDEL, why not SNVs? :D
