Dear developer, hello I had this problem when using it

![Uploading 问题1.png…]() command： anvi-estimate-genome-completeness -e external-genomes-final.txt so I got this information: Config Error: There is nothing at '/mnt/d/bioinformatics/phlogytree/M_ZM43__SPLIT/ZM43_CLEAN/CONTIGS.db' :

@GZL217 , the path to your contigs database must be incorrect in the external genomes file. If you run ls /mnt/d/bioinformatics/phlogytree/M_ZM43__SPLIT/ZM43_CLEAN/CONTIGS.db (with the copied path from the Config Error message), I am guessing you will get a No such file or directory error. Fix the path to point to the right place, and the program will work.

Thanks for responding so quickly. Let me check the command and folder directories again
