Pretty much issue #2010 (closed), which was supposedly solved. anvi-setups-scgs-taxonomy writes to default location even with --scgs-taxonomy-data-dir.
I'm running the setup for a new installation (anvio-dev, both Ubuntu and Rocky Linux) and still have the issue of being saved to the default location, which I'm guessing as it doesn't write anything to the path indicated with --scgs-taxonomy-data-dir. No difference if the directory already exists or not.
