Updated information for pysam installation which fails with pip

So, a quick question, do you need to run the pip command again after conda installation of pysam?

No... Thank you VERY MUCH, @meren - ANVIO rocks!

Yes... Sorry I added that information kinda quickly and forgot to note - so, after pysam installs correctly, pip install anvio-7.tar.gz again to complete the installation.

pysam installed just fine with pip on my lab OSX, but there was an issue with gcc and pip on my laptop OSX. Looks like others online have that issue for pysam.

Thanks again for all your awesome work! I'm teaching ANVIO to the students in my metagenomics course now.
