This adds more clear information why unlocking the IFD that is part of the 8MB chip is highly recommended these days. Related to https://github.com/merge/skulls/issues/175

I'll soon want to do away with all the code duplication so I won't recreate the change for x230t now. I hope that's ok.

I think it would make more sense to merge/copy it instead of having now two different information states and wait until you redo both installation howtos.
