I use OpenBSD as my daily driver and was unable to update skulls to the latest version on it because the scripts are GNU/Linux-specific. I assume it's some gnu-isms in the options for some of the coreutils you use, because when I ran it after a couple little fixes the only output was "This isn't any supported ThinkPad." after I ran doas ./skulls.sh -b x230.
