Add Warning for 3.3v Pin #211

Append a warning and instructions to verify the user have first plugged in every other wire before connecting the 3.3v pin, on the x230 RPI instructions.

Sure thing, thanks for letting me know. I didn't fully realize the other machines had similar pinouts, that is very useful. :)
